2023年上海SNEC光伏展-遠(yuǎn)程視頻演講指南
Visual Presentation Guidelines
考慮到目前全球的影響,大會(huì)接受因旅行限制原因而無法前來參加會(huì)議的演講人采用遠(yuǎn)程視頻演講的形式分享其關(guān)于每個(gè)會(huì)議議題較新的研究成果和動(dòng)態(tài)。
Given the current pandemic and international travelling restrictions, visual presentations are accepted for those speakers who are not able to present physically at the conference, but still hope to share their latest research findings and updates in one of the conference sessions.
為確保視頻演講的展示和宣傳效果,我們制定了以下指南,以便演講人更好地準(zhǔn)備他們的報(bào)告。
To ensure visibility and exposure of these visual presentations, some guidelines are detailed below for assisting the speakers to prepare their presentations.
演講報(bào)告的準(zhǔn)備
Preparation of presentation
演講可以用中文或者英文進(jìn)行。
Presentations can be presented and delivered in English or Chinese.
請使用Microsoft PowerPoint準(zhǔn)備演講材料,幻燈片數(shù)量在15頁以內(nèi),尺寸比例為16:9。
Please prepare your presentations on Microsoft PowerPoint, max. 15 slides using the slide size of 16:9 ratio.
遠(yuǎn)程視頻演講將通過Zoom會(huì)議客戶端進(jìn)行,演講人可通過“”功能自行播放PowerPoint材料。以防現(xiàn)場出現(xiàn)技術(shù)問題影響會(huì)議秩序,演講人需于2023年4月20日前向組委會(huì)提交PowerPoint材料(可同時(shí)準(zhǔn)備一份PDF文檔)作為備份。大會(huì)組委會(huì)在此鄭重承諾,我們不會(huì)在任何情況下以任何方式在會(huì)議之前公開任何提交上來的材料。
Visual presentations will be made via Zoom Meeting, where the presenters can play the PowerPoint and share the screen by themselves. In case of any technical problems, the PowerPoint file (with an additional PDF version) is required by April 20, 2023 as a backup. Conference organizing committee hereby promises that all the materials submitted will not be publicized in any way from our source before the conference dates.
請使用不小于20號(hào)的字體,確保其他與會(huì)者在遠(yuǎn)處也能看清您的報(bào)告內(nèi)容。所有圖表及圖像的大小也應(yīng)不小于20號(hào)字體。
Please use a minimum font size of 20 pt to ensure that your content is visible to everybody in the presentation room. All text in graphs and images should also be of the same or larger size than 20 pt.
請勿在您的幻燈片中放置過多文字及圖片-- 簡約為佳!
Do not overload your slides with text and pictures – less is more!
Zoom會(huì)議接入注意事項(xiàng)
Connection to Zoom Meeting
演講人需自備電腦、攝像頭與麥克風(fēng),在電腦上安裝Zoom會(huì)議客戶端軟件后通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)遠(yuǎn)程接入會(huì)議,以便進(jìn)行演講。Zoom會(huì)議客戶端軟件下載地址如下:
All presenters shall prepare a computer/laptop, with camera and microphone, and connect to the Zoom Meeting via Internet in order to deliver the visual talk. The link for downloading the Zoom Meeting App:

接入Zoom會(huì)議的鏈接將于2023年4月30日前發(fā)送給進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程視頻演講的發(fā)言人。
The Zoom Meeting link will be circulated to presenters before April 30, 2022.
請至少在自己報(bào)告開始前15分鐘接入Zoom會(huì)議室,進(jìn)行最后的準(zhǔn)備,以保證會(huì)議順利行進(jìn)。
Please join the Zoom Meeting at least 15 minutes before your presentation slot for final briefing. This ensures that the session runs smoothly.
